Happy Sunday! Another busy weekend for me and I’m running late getting today’s ambient offering up. The dark trend continues with this patch that may be influenced by rewatching Alien last night. I had space stuff and darkish sounds in mind when I was putting this together. Enjoy the dark journey!
Patch Notes
Lots of experimenting going on here. Most of the sonic texture comes from some waterphone samples played by the 4ms STS. Most get mangled a bit by Morphagene. The electric guitar sorts of sounds are coming from Rings, going through Fold 6. Chaos and Octasource are modulating stuff. Dice does the sequencing and the harsher sounds from Morphagene pass through the Popple filter. FX Aid is doing a low-fi distorted reverb.
